HOLDING DEPOSIT

A holding deposit equal to a weeks rent will need to be paid to secure a rental property and prevent further viewings. The holding deposit will be deducted from the first months rent.

For example monthly rent £700.00 would be £700.00 multiplied by 12 then divided by 52 = £161.54

Should an applicant provide false or misleading information that results in failing their right to rent check or fail to sign their tenancy agreement then the holding fee will be withheld.
